Pretty & Polished

My first indie polishes from Pretty and Polished and I think I might be addicted!

So far, I've only tried Private School but I really like the formulation. It dries super quickly! I should have tried to put on a few more pieces of hex glitter on each nail but I was exhausted after travelling back to Toronto from Aruba last night PLUS being stuck in Bieber Fever traffic for 45 minutes when we came home from picking up Lulu... so this was the best I could do at 3 a.m. ;)

Private School is described by Chelsea Marie as follows: A gray creme with black and white hex glitters surrounded in a sea of sparkly red micro glitter. This polish was made to resemble my favorite winter Argyle sweater.

In real life, the micro glitter looks fuchsia to me but, in the photo below, it definitely looks red. This is three coats:

Have you tried any indie polishes? Or have you tried mixing your own frankens?

  3. I hate fishing for glitter...

I have Daddy's Girl and Tart in the minis (because let's face it, I can't own full sizes anymore) and I really like them! P&P is awesome and I think I will be a fan for life!
